Flagstaff’s newest Starbucks Coffee Shop is located at the intersection of Route 66 and Ponderosa Parkway. Arizona Surveying provided construction staking services for all phases of the project. Services included verifying the boundary shown on the construction documents, establishing construction control points and coordinating with the project Engineer ensure an accurate vertical datum was established for the project. Throughout the duration of the construction phase, Arizona Surveying worked closely with the general contractor and the project Engineer providing them survey information for grade verification and for existing utility conflicts. This interaction resulted in design changes which were addressed in the office and the field. Post-construction survey services included as-built measurements which were included in a post-construction ALTA drawing and a detailed ADA survey which showed all of the grades within the ADA accessible route.
